Com esse diâmetro se obtém uma velocidade inicial de escoamento de 13,2 m/s e uma perda de carga por km de 0,21 kgf/cm².
Translation - English Therefore, for dimensioning the natural gas lines of the boiler system was adopted a flow rate of 2430 Nm³/h, a pressure of 2 kgf/cm²g and ambient temperature. Using economic criteria of velocity and pressure drop it was determined that the adequate diameter for these lines should be 6". The corresponding initial velocity would be 13.2 m/s, with a pressure drop/km of 0.21 kgf/cm².
