Source text - English An inversion within chromosome 2p resulting in the formation of a fusion gene product comprising portions of the echinoderm microtubule associated protein like 4 (EML4) gene and the ALK gene was discovered in 2007 in NSCLC cell lines and archived clinical specimens. A subsequent series of published studies indicated that EML4 ALK inversion events included 7 fusion variants, each comprised of the same portion of the ALK C terminal kinase domain and each resulting in expression of catalytically active kinase fusion protein variants. EML4 ALK fusion variants were demonstrated to transform NIH 3T3 fibroblasts. Expression of EML4 ALK specifically in lung alveolar epithelial cells in transgenic mice demonstrated numerous bilateral lung adenocarcinomas with 100% penetrance only a few weeks after birth, confirming the potent oncogenic activity of the fusion kinase. Source text - English To ensure that the fuel will meet those quality requirements, the UAV’s shall be refueled using a designated refueling system, specially designed for this purpose, while maintaining proper operation and safety instructions.
Following are the general descriptions of the refueling system:
a. The refueling cart’s structure consists of two frames, horizontal and vertical, carrying a fuel tank assembly, fuel pump, seven fuel hoses and two hose-reels, water separator, operation and control valves, electrical grounding reel and other auxiliary sub-assemblies.
b. The cart is mounted on three wheels for mobility by an integrated manual towing bar. The wheels are installed on the horizontal frame, two in the back and one in front.
е. Two L-port valves control the various refueling cart’s functions, as described below. The upper one is marked as REFUEL/DEFUEL valve and the lower one is marked as TANK/NOZZLE valve. When the REFUEL/DEFUEL valve is positioned in REFUEL mode and the TANK/NOZZLE valve is positioned in NOZZLE mode, the fuel flows from the cart’s fuel tank through the fuel nozzle into the UAV’s fuel tank.
