Spanish term

Certificación de vigencia y cargos

FVA Spanish to English Other Government / Politics Mercantile Registry
This is from a Mercantile/Business Registry in Spain
This is what it is:
https://tramitesenlinea.es/tramites/certificado-de-vigencia-...

As indicate, it constitutes proof that the company still exists and its directors remain the same.
Is there an exact equivalent?

Certificate of good standing (and incumbency)

A certificate of good standing will also include the names of the directors, so "and incumbency" is redundant, but it is used sometimes.
