English to French Other Business/Commerce (general) sales agent agreement

Il s´agit d´un contrat entre un agent commercial et la société (XXX) l´autorisant à vendre ses produits.


In addition to the compensation defined in this section 6 above, XXX might, but is under no obligation, to offer optional compensation programs and bonuses to Agent. Each program document, including specific business objectives for the program, will be communicated by XXX to Agent if and when it is launched by XXX.
a) Discount qualifier program: Agent will be entitled to a discount qualifier bonus based on one of the following conditions, which ever results to a higher compensation for the Agent;
