Someone noted the negative definition of the term, but the link also provides one with a positive meaning, which included the example:

"Leaders don't need to just communicate, but to overcommunicate the new culture so it becomes intrinsically established within both businesses"

I think this second meaning is the one intended here.

In technical interviews, over-communication and your thought process are more important than being right.
في المقابلات الفنية، يعد كثرة طرح الأسئلة عن الحد المعقول (المقبول) وعملية التفكير أكثر أهمية من تقديم الجواب الصحيح.

What is over-communicating?  To me, it means repetition of the same message at least once, if not more.   Is it necessary?  In many circumstances in business and organizational life, it is — and occasionally also in one's personal life.   Is over-communicating annoying for the listener?  For those who heard correctly the first time, it usually is.  So why do it?

كثرة طرح الأسئلة لو مجال تعليمي
بس ممكن بشكل أعم
تقول
تكرار طرح نفس الفكرة بشكل مبالغ أو بما يتجاوز الحد المقبول أو المعقول
حسب مجال النص أنا لا أعلمه

أعتقد المقصود هنا التكرار مع التركيز على أمور رئيسة.
