هي مقدمة يحاول من خلالها الكاتب الدخول لشرح عمليات التسويق وكيف ان كل عملية منها ضرورية حتى لو كانت صغيرة فحتى عمل اتصال هاتفي هي ضرورية وجزء لا يتجزأ لشيء اكبر وهكذا حتى يصل للتسويق
