Note from asker:

first of all, in all dictionaries i found this translation for hock. I understand "from the front or hind leg" as all four legs. It actually makes sense, because you can find the "piece of meat" at the back of the leg. However, when i went to the butcher he didn't understand عرقوب. He only asked: under or above the knee? So i believe that موزة would be more comprehensive.

Well, i believe you can. http://www.google.com.eg/search?hl=&q=لحم الموزة &sourceid=n...
لحم الموزة is used very often.
You can still use the dictionary's 'right' answer above, but i am not sure the spectator will understand. Good luck!
Note from asker:
You kindly said "from the front or hind led" whereas
Thanks. The problem is that I can't write موزة on the screen :(
Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it. :)
