I keep receiving these, quite meaningless, emails:

There is no "unsubscribe" link in the email (which is against the law, I suspect), I followed the advice of Samuel Murray, went to the Trados support hub, logged in, got absolutely lost, achieved nothing.

Please kindly tell me how to unsubscribe from these emails.
Thank you.

Links in little font at the end Sep 28, 2024

Actually there are Unsubscribe links in every RWS email. You can find them at the end of an email in a tiny font.

Also you may want to try this link to manage your subscriptions:

No, there is not Sep 28, 2024

In the very annoying RWS maintenance emails regularly sent to me, there is no an unsubscribe button or link. What you copied does not exist on my end.

This is all I got:

Is it even legal/legitimate to send unsolicited emails without an unsubscribe button/option?

What is their email address that they use for communications like this? If it is specific for such communications, you can create a rule to move all the messages from that address to your trash bin folder.

Yes, I’m aware of this. But still - is it legitimate to send emails I never subscribed for, without an easy unsubscribe option?

Oh, sorry. I thought you wanted to get rid of the annoying emails. Ok, then there is a better place to ask your question. RWS staff don't monitor this forum. Try RWS Community instead: https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/f/1-general

Btw, I have an option in my mailbox, both gmail.com and mail.ru, to unsubscribe even if there is no unsubscribe option. It will appear when you hover over a message.
Gmail.com

Mail.ru

Thanks for the tip, Stepan, I forgot about this option. I chose the quickest solution. Don't have the time or intention to help them straighten their ways. Hopefully, some legal translator will get sick of this "non-unsubcribable" spam and will get them into some trouble.
