I had a brief look at the entries and once again there are PT(br) entries in the PT(pt) space, at least in what regards EN/PT...

Hi Maria Teresa,
Yes, you're right. At this point I usually ask for help from experienced members in the language pair to move entries to the correct pairs. If you could kindly point out the tranlations that need to be moved, I'd be very thankful.
If you prefer you could email me too, [email protected]
Thank you for your note.

Ana

Apparently, it’s no use, because last year, after I pointed out that many entries were by Brazilian translators, the winner was... a Brazilian. I have to say that the translation was good, but it contained two or three things that a PT(pt) translator notices straight away. Good luck!

You're right, Teresa. I've also found the same problem in most part of the entries in the pairs ES>PT and IT>PT.

There are at least 3 entries in Brazilian Portuguese which should be moved to the correct language combination. Also, perhaps it would be advisable to call submitters' attention to the fact... Just sayin'

38128, 38210 and 38189 are, in my opinion, in Brazilian Portuguese.

Perhaps our colleagues can confirm.

Confirming what Linda and Ana said, I should add that, curiously enough, one of the entries IT/PT is... IT!!!!

In my opinion, Entry #38138 has several Brazilian expressions:

"deram no pé."
"Não me reconheço mais"
"chegavam perto"
"zombam"
"medo em ninguém..."
