What is the "group mail to outsourcers" function for if you're not allowed to offer your services as a translator?

What is the "group mail to outsourcers" function for if you're not allowed to offer your services as a translator?


Well, that function should only have been available to outsourcers who are looking for agencies to do work for them--not service providers. Therefore, we removed the "group mail function" seeing as you've pointed out there is no use for it taking into account you cannot advertise your services through profile mail.
