What is New VIDed member referrals?

Hello!
In the browniz count page, I noticed an item called "New VIDed member referrals" and it gives you 100 points for item.
Can anyone explain what is that and how to do it?

As far as I know, it's not new at all and this has been discussed before. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions (https://www.proz.com/faq/profiles/proz_com_wallet.html?&print=1) under 21 - Profile referrals.
