Hi all,

I want to advertise a type of telephone interpreting service, however it is not traditional in so far as it is not immediate. I have assisted a number of clients already by making phone calls on their behalf to Spanish speakers and then relaying the information back to them. This has often required more than one phone call andhas taken place over a short period of time. I have also done this via email. I'd like to know what the best term would be to describe this service

Many thanks,

Rachael
