Is there any tool which is able to count the number of words say in English in a document and the number of words in for example Spanish in the same document? When it comes to giving a quote for a file involving correcting and translating, it sometimes seems that it takes longer to work out the quote than actually do the work itself. Does anyone have any ideas for quick shortcuts for this type of problem?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Sarah.

I would create two working copies of the document, one for each language, delete the "unwanted" language and count the words the usual way.
This is possible with Word documents with correctly marked languages, where you can use the language as a criteria for Search and Replace.
