Does anyone know a standard translation for the five safety rules listed in the above:

1. Allpolig und allseitig abschalten!
2. Gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern!
3.Auf Spannungsfreiheit prüfen!
4. Erden und kurzschließen!
5. Benachbarte spannungsführende Teile abdecken und Gefahrenstellen eingrenzen!

I have, so far, been unable to find an approved translation of this standard.

I think in English it is known as EN 50110-1.

I found a translation, but I'm not sure if it is 'official':
