Source text - English Many judges take the bench without having read the Code of Judicial Conduct, and some may not read it afterward. The Judicial Education Center has designed this judicial handbook to give the concepts contained in the Code a practical context in which judges, especially non-lawyer judges in the courts of limited jurisdiction, can deal with ethical issues as they arise in everyday life.
Translation - Arabic يَجلسُ مُعظم القضاةِ على منصةِ القضاء مِنْ دون الإطلاع على قواعد سلوك مِهنَتهم ، بل قد لا يَفعلونَ هَذا حتى بَعدَ مُمارستهم للعمل.الأمر الذي دفع بمركز التعليم القضائي إلى وضع دليل قضائي يستطيع من خلاله القضاة التعرّف على مفاهيم قواعد السلوك ولقد تم توضيحها في هذا الدليل بامثلة حية وعمليه من واقع العمل، وتمكيّنهم من التعامل مع أخلاقيات المهنة التي تنشأُ من حياتهم اليومية .
