I am a full-time freelance translator from German, English and Croatian into Italian, my mother tongue.

After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistic Mediation at the School for Linguistic Mediators SSML San Pellegrino in Misano Adriatico in 2005, I worked for one year as an in-house translator in an Italian translation agency. During this time I gained experience with the main CAT tools and had the chance to translate many different kinds of texts.

I have worked as a freelance translator since 2006, first based in Italy and then in Croatia. This gives me more time to specialize, attend courses and seminars and learn about useful software for translation. In 2010 I obtained a First-Level Master's Degree in Legal Translation at the University of Genoa and started specializing in this field, too.
