My background combines language quality, localisation, digital content, and patient advocacy. I apply this perspective to linguistic validation, eCOA review, medical translation, and patient-centred communication.

Alongside my professional work, I remain actively involved as a rare disease patient advocate. This lived experience strengthens my understanding of patient perspectives, health literacy, and accessibility, allowing me to contribute to clearer, more meaningful communication between patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and communities.
