After starting the engine, do not immediately start operations. First, carry out the following operations and
checks.
NOTE
Do not suddenly accelerate the engine before the warming-up operation is completed.
Do not run the engine at low idling or high idling continuously for more than 20 minutes.
If it is necessary to run the engine at idling, apply a load from time to time or run the engine at a mid-range
speed.
1. Immediately after starting the engine, without depressing the accelerator pedal (1), run the engine at
idle for at least 10 seconds during the warm weather and for at least 15 seconds during the cold weather.
2. Depress accelerator pedal (1) lightly and run the engine with no load at midrange speed for about 5
minutes.
To warm up the hydraulic oil in cold areas, do as follows.
3. After completing the warming-up operation, check that the engine rotation is smooth, then check that
the work equipment control lever is at the HOLD position and set safety lock lever (2) to the FREE position.
4. Operate work equiment control lever (3) to TILT position (a) and return it to HOLD position (b) to warm
up the hydraulic oil.
The relief time at the tilt position (a) should be a maximum of 10 seconds.
With this operation, the oil will reach the relief pressure and this will warm up the hydraulic oil more quickly.
5. Slowly operate the steering wheel to the left and the right about 10 times to warm up the hydraulic oil
inside the steering valve.
WARNING
If the steering wheel is operated and stopped while the oil temperature is low, there may be a time lag
before the machine stops turning.
In this case, use the frame lock bar to ensure safety, and perform the warm-up operation in a wide place.
Do not relieve the hydraulic oil in the circuit continuously for more than 5 seconds.
NOTE
Turn the steering wheel a little and stop in that position. Confirm that the machine turns by an angle
equivalent to the amount that the steering wheel is turned.
Select the oil from the table of recommended oils below according to the ambient temperature.
If XXX EO10W30-DH is used in the cold season, replace it with XXX EO15W40-DH oil when the cold
season finishes.
6. After carrying out the warming-up operation, check that the gauges and pilot lamps are normal.
If there is any abnormality, carry out maintenance or repair.
Run the engine under a light load until engine cooling water temperature gauge (2) and torque converter
oil temperature gauge (5) are in the green range.
7. Check that there is no abnormal exhaust gas color, noise or vibration. If any abnormality is found,
contact your XXX distributor.
REMARK
The rotating speed of the cooling fan differs according to the following conditions, but this does not
indicate any abnormality.
The cooling fan speed increases when the hydraulic oil temperature, engine coolant temperature, or
transmission oil temperature are high.
However, when the cooling fan is rotating in reverse, it rotates at a fixed speed proportional to the engine
speed, regardless of any oil or coolant temperature.
Translation - Estonian Töötamine tavatingimustes
Peale mootori käivitamist ärge töötamist kohe alustage. Esmalt tehke alljärgnevad toimingud ja kontrollprotseduurid.
MÄRKUS
Ärge kiirendage mootorit järsult enne, kui eelsoojendusoperatsioon on lõpetatud.
Ärge laske mootoril töötada tühikäigul või kõrgetel pööretel pidevalt kauem kui 20 minutit.
Kui mootoril tuleb lasta töötada tühikäigul, rakendage sellele aeg-ajalt koormust või laske töötada keskmisel pöörlemiskiirusel.
1. Kohe peale mootori käivitamist laske mootoril ilma gaasipedaalile (1) vajutamata töötada sooja ilma korral vähemalt 10 sekundit või külma ilma korral vähemalt 15 sekundit.
2. Vajutage kergelt gaasipedaalile (1) ja laske mootoril keskmistel pööretel töötada ca 5 minutit.
Hüdraulikaõli soojendamiseks külmas piirkonnas tehke järgmist.
3. Peale soojendusoperatsiooni lõpetamist veenduge, et mootor töötab ühtlastel pööretel ja kontrollige seejärel, et tööorgani juhtkang on HOLD-asendis ja turvaluku link (2) FREE-asendis.
4. Hüdraulikaõli soojendamiseks lükake tööorgani juhtkang (3) TILT-asendisse (a) ja tõmmake tagasi HOLD-asendisse (b).
Kallutatud asendis (a) tohib koormusvaba aeg olla maksimaalselt 10 sekundit.
Selle operatsiooniga jõuab õli vabastusrõhuni ja seetõttu soojeneb hüdraulikaõli kiiremini üles.
5. Pöörake rooliratast 10 korda aeglaselt vasakule ja paremale, et hüdraulikaõli roolijagajas üles soojendada.
HOIATUS!
Kui rooliratast liigutada ja peatada õli madalal temperatuuril, siis võib masina pööramise peatamine hilineda.
Sellises olukorras kasutage ohutuse tagamiseks raami lukustussõrme ja tehke soojendusoperatsioon avatud kohas.
Ärge vabastage hüdraulikaõli süsteemis koormuse alt pikemaks ajaks kui 5 sekundit.
MÄRKUS
Pöörake rool mõnevõrra välja ja peatage väljapööratud asendis. Veenduge, et masin pöördub nurga võrra, mis vastab rooliratta väljapööramise määrale.
Õli valikul lähtuge allpool esitatud soovitatud õlide tabelist, arvestades sealjuures ümbritsevat temperatuuri.
Kui külmal ajal kasutate õli XXX EO10W30-DH, siis asendage see külmade ilmade lõppedes õliga XXX EO15W40-DH.
6. Peale soojendusoperatsiooni läbiviimist veenduge, et näidikud ja kontrolltuled on normaalolekus.

MÄRKUS
Jahutusventilaatori pöörlemiskiirus muutub sõltuvalt allpoolesitatud oludest, kuid see ei viita mingile hälbele.
Jahutusventilaatori kiirus tõuseb, kui hüdraulikaõli, mootori jahutusvedeliku või jõuülekande õli temperatuur tõuseb liiga kõrgele.
