Translation - English Unless the use of a result of intellectual activity or means of individualization (including their use using the means provided for by this Code) is carried out without the consent of the rights owner, such use is unlawful and entails the liability established by this Code, by other laws, except for cases when the use of a result of intellectual activity or means of individualization by persons other than the rights owner without the consent of the rights owner is permitted by this Code.
