وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم على خير المرسلين سيدنا ومولانا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين.

Praise be to Allah, who brought creation into existence from non-existence, and taught man what he did not know. And may blessings and peace be upon the most noble Messenger, and upon his family and companions who followed the most upright path.
To proceed:
The administration of Darul Uloom Al Arabiya Al Islamiya (The house of Arabic and Islamic Sciences), located in Bury, England, has decided to grant the honourable Mr. **********, born on **********, the Al-‘Ālimiyyah Certification (Ijāzat al-‘Ālamiyyah) in Islamic Studies and Arabic Language, after successfully passing the final examination in the year *********** Hijri (corresponding to November *******), with the grade of “Good” (Jayyid).
And as we see, praise be to God, he is a righteous young man. So we grant him permission (ijāzah) and authorize him in everything he has read to us or heard being read while he was present, just as our esteemed teachers authorized us, according to the recognized conditions accepted by the scholars of this field. And we advise him to fear Allah, the Exalted, in private and in public, to adhere to the noble Sunnah, and to avoid misleading innovations (bid‘ah). And that he should engage in teaching the religious sciences and generously share them with students of knowledge; that he should occupy his inner self with remembrance (dhikr) and contemplation (fikr) upon them; that he should not incline toward worldly pleasures and its luxuries; that he should not rejoice in its people or be dazzled by its adornments; that he should not fear the blame of the blamers for the sake of Allah; and that he should not forget those who have made righteous supplications for him in their private and public moments.
And our final supplication is: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And may Allah, the Exalted, send blessings upon the best of messengers—our master and patron Muhammad—and upon his family and all his companions. By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
