After I finished my university, I worked as a freelance translator,
translating/interpreting multiple journalism training courses for
various news agencies in Yangon in 2015. I also translated news articles
for a newspaper featuring international news during that time. After
that, I got a job at World Vision International, Myanmar. I worked at
the INGO as a Community Development Officer and later took on the role
of Monitoring and Evaluation following the departure of our project's
M&E specialist. I quit the job in 2018 to open my own dental clinic,
where I have been working as a general dental practitioner to this day.
During the last 5 years, I also translated over 20 international movies
into burmese on channelmyanmar.org website and co-founded a small
business called H&K trading where I worked as the procurement
manager for 2 years until the military coup.
