Originally from Tokyo, Japan, I spent two years growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I pursued a university degree in Tokyo, majoring in French literature. In 2009, I moved to France and attended the School of Visual Arts, where I focused on photography, video, performance, and creative writing. After graduating from art school, I worked as a mediator for cultural events and museums. I then began taking courses in English-to-Japanese visual media translation and started my freelance translation career.
