This is Dejen Leul from Ethiopia, a graduate of Addis Ababa University, MA in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, October 09, 2021, and Bahir Dar University with a BA degree in Journalism and Communications as of July 03, 2008G.C. I have gained miscellaneous expertise from working in different organizations for various positions such as Self-Contained teacher, Journalist, Public Relations practitioner, English teacher, Translator, Translation quality checker, Tutor, and so on a.
Furthermore, I am a native speaker of the Amharic language and proficient in writing and speaking the English language. I have been an English teacher at the British International School here in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Concerning the translation occupation, I have been a freelancer since 2012. I translated a variety of documents including legal, science, business, IT, medical, and general contents. I also translated different religious publications from English to Amharic and vice versa. Moreover, I am a volunteer translator and reviewer for ‘Translators Without Border’.
