On paper, my career combines two distinct worlds. For nearly a decade, I worked as a systems analyst and team leader at a Moody's Analytics subsidiary (Zephus / Bureau van Dijk) and BNY Mellon, auditing the legal and financial structures of thousands of complex corporate transactions. I became fluent in the architecture of high-stakes capital. Simultaneously, my academic focus – including an MA in Translation (Distinction) and published book translations in economic sociology – has been dedicated to the economics of cooperation and mutualism. Today, I apply that forensic financial rigour exclusively to the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE), helping mission-driven organisations speak the language of institutional finance without compromising their democratic values.
