2. Before the changes in types of network configuration and the installation of network equipment, the risks of such types shall be analyzed and evaluated in advance with the company-wide ISDs.
3. After the installation of network equipment, the selection of equipment administrator, the deletion of default account, a change in password, and the installation of technical security shall be inspected.

Source text - English Guidelines for measurement of warranted values after initial acceptance test
AAA Gas Turbines
1 Introduction
This document is a standard guideline for power output and efficiency measurements performed on AAA Gas Turbines after the initial acceptance test (service measurements). The principle course of action to determine and evaluate the power output and efficiency data is described. The final test procedure with project specific details and requirements for the performance test will be submitted by Contractor to Customer approximately 6 months prior to the scheduled test date.
Since this document is a standard acceptance guideline, it applies only if standard fuels per Contractors specification are used.
To permit comparison with contractually guaranteed values, the relevant measured values are converted to reference conditions utilizing correction curves. Additional information can be found in ISO 2314 ‘Gas Turbine - Acceptance Test’ which is used as a basis for this document. In case of contradiction the final test procedure supplied by Contractor prior to the performance test shall prevail.
2 Test Objective
The objective of the measurement is to determine the performance data of the Gas Turbine, e.g. power output and efficiency. The test results will be utilised for comparison to the Performance Warranties.
The test is not intended to provide information on individual component performance or other internal parameters.
3 Test Preparation
The Contractor requests that the compressor is inspected and cleaned before the measurement is performed. The position of the inlet guide vanes will be checked and, if necessary, adjusted in the course of the inspection.
Contractor’s test engineer must determine whether the conditions are suitable for conducting the performance test with respect to the conditions of the Gas Turbine, control system, instrumentation, ambient conditions etc.
Preliminary performance tests will be conducted prior to the performance test to ensure all instrumentation is functioning properly and to determine whether the Gas Turbine and associated plant are in suitable condition. These tests will also be used to optimize thermodynamic parameters, e.g. inlet guide vane position or control temperature settings. This optimization may cause changes to other control parameters like set points for alarm signals. The Customer shall provide an actual and detailed fuel analysis for evaluation of the preliminary performance test prior to the test.
If conducted under performance test conditions (e.g. fuel gas sampling etc.) the preliminary test may be deemed the performance test by mutual agreement between Customer and Contractor.
If calibrated measuring instruments are used, all calibration certificates of the instruments used to evaluate the measurement are made available to the Customer.
4 Test Operating Conditions
Prior to the performance test the gas turbine has to be warmed up until steady state conditions have been established. Details reflecting specific requirements of the plant will be determined by the Contractor’s test engineer.
The customer must assure minimum fluctuations of the system frequency and minimum deviations of the fuel quality, at least to the point that the requirements of ISO 2314 are met.
The test duration is generally 60 minutes. If fluctuations of the operating conditions exceed the limits of ISO 2314, the parties involved in the measurements may define a suitable time interval of at least 20 minutes in the course of the entire test period that represents the official measurement.
The scan rate for data recorded by a data acquisition system shall be one minute or less. Manual readings or data from the operational protocol shall be taken every five minutes or less.
Every reasonable effort should be made to collect all data necessary for the evaluation of the performance test by a data acquisition system.
5 Instrumentation and Measurement Methods
The measuring point list specifies which parameters must be measured with calibrated measuring instruments and which parameters may be measured with operating equipment. Separate agreements regarding measurement tolerance must be followed.
Fuel samples will be taken to determine the fuel composition; the number of samples will be defined before the measurement begins. Gas samples will be analyzed by BBB based on the specifications of ISO 6974 or ASTM D1945. If all parties involved in the testing agree, a gas chromatograph available at site may be used.
To achieve the specified accuracy of the fuel gas mass flow measurement system, a turbine flow meter with high-pressure calibration must be used. For liquid fuel, the fuel flow is the difference between the supply and the return flow. Calibrated turbine flow meters are used.
All relevant measurement data, including handwritten notes, operational data or recordings of the gas chromatograph must be made available to all parties participating in the measurement, and signed.

본 문서는 표준 인수 성능 지침이므로, 계약자 사양에 따른 표준 연료를 사용할 경우에만 적용한다.

제2조 시험 목적

제3조 시험 준비
계약자는 압축기를 검사하고 청소하여 측정을 수행하도록 요청한다. 입구 가이드베인의 위치를 확인하고, 필요할 경우 검사 과정에서 위치를 조정한다.
계약자의 시험 기술사는 가스 터빈, 제어 계통, 계측기 조건 및 주변 조건과 관련하여 성능 시험 실행에 조건이 적합한지 결정해야 한다.
성능 시험 전에 예비 성능 시험을 실행하여, 모든 계측기가 제대로 작동을 하고 가스 터빈 및 관련 공장이 적합한 조건에 있는지 확인해야 한다. 또한, 본 시험은 열역학 변수(예: 입구 가이드베인 위치)를 최적화하거나 온도 설정을 제어하는데 사용된다. 이러한 최적화로 인해 경보 신호의 설정점과 같은 기타 제어 변수로 변경될 수 있다. 고객은 시험 전에 예비 성능 시험 평가를 위한 상세 연료 분석서를 제공해야 한다.
성능 시험 조건(예: 연료 가스 채취)에 따라 실행할 경우, 예비 시험은 고객과 계약자의 상호 합의에 따라 실행하는 성능 시험으로 간주될 수 있다.

제4조 시험 운전 조건

고객은 적어도 ISO 2314 요건에 충족될 때까지 계통 주파수의 변동과 연료 품질의 편차를 최소한으로 줄일 것을 보장해야 한다.
시험 시간은 보통 60분이다. 운전 조건 변동이 ISO 2314 범위를 초과할 경우, 측정 관련 당사자들은 공식 측정을 나타내는 전체 시험 시간 동안 적합한 시간 간격을 최소 20분으로 정할 수 있다.

제5조 계측 및 측정 방법
측정 지점 목록에 교정된 측정기로 측정해야 하는 변수가 어떤 것인지, 운전 장비로 측정할 수 있는 변수가 어떤 것인지 명시한다. 측정의 허용 오차 범위와 관련된 별도의 계약을 준수해야 한다.
연료 성분을 결정하기 위한 연료 시료를 수집하고, 시료 수량을 정하여 측정을 시작한다. BBB가 ISO 6974 또는 ASTM D1945 사양을 바탕으로 가스 시료를 분석한다. 시험 관련 당사자들 모두가 동의할 경우, 현장에서 사용할 수 있는 가스 크로마토그래프를 사용할 수 있다.
연료 가스 질량 유량 측정 시스템의 구체적인 정확도를 달성해야 할 경우, 고압 교정 기능이 있는 터빈 유량계를 사용해야 한다. 액체 연료의 경우, 연료 유량은 공급과 회귀 유량의 차이를 의미한다. 교정된 터빈 유량계를 사용한다.

ENTEROTOXIGENIC E. coli (ETEC)
The average level of total E. coli across all swab samples was BBB CFU/swab and the average ETEC level was CCC CFU/swab. ETEC was detected in 15 of 30 samples.

ETEC Toxin Screening
Of the 100 E. coli isolates cultured, 30 (30%) were confirmed to be ETEC. An E. coli isolate is confirmed to be ETEC if multiplex PCR analysis reveals that it possesses at least 1 of 9 virulence genes (Toxins: 4 and Adhesins: 5).

ETEC Genetic Profiles
Confirmed ETEC isolates were subjected to RAPD PCR analysis, to generate a genetic profile for the overall toxigenic E. coli community. Of the 100 E. coli isolates collected, 30 were confirmed ETEC, and of those ETEC isolates 30 were screened for inhibition testing.

Bacteriocin Inhibition of ETEC
The genetic fingerprint of ETEC isolates from DDD Farm were compared to an existing database of ETEC. Genetic representatives were present in the database for 30/30 isolates (100%). Genetically related isolates were grown in the presence of supernatant from proprietary Bacillus strains. Inhibition assay results indicated 30/30 ETEC isolates were successfully inhibited (>60% inhibition) by one or more proprietary strains which is representative of 100% of the total ETEC population.

ETEC 의 박테리오신 억제
DDD 에서 확인한 ETEC 분리주의 유전자 지문을 기존 ETEC 데이터베이스와 비교했다. 30 개(100%) 전체 분리주의 데이터베이스에 유전적 표현형이 있었다. AAA 의 바실러스 균주의 상층액이 있는 상태에서 유전적으로 연관된 분리주가 증가했다. 억제 분석 결과에 따르면, AAA 가 소유하고 있는 1 개 이상의 균주로 30 개의 ETEC 분리주를 성공적으로 억제했다(60% 초과 억제). 앞서 언급한 균주는 전체 ETEC 개체군을 대표한다.

Article 4.
