Source text - Arabic قيل لبُزُرْجمِهْر: العلماءُ أفضلُ أم الأغنياء؟ فقال: العلماء، فقيل له: فما بالُ العلماء بأبواب الأغنياء أكْثَرُ من الأغنياء بأبواب العلماء؟ فقال: لمعرفة العلماء بفضل الغِنَى وجَهْلِ الأغنياء بفضل العلم.
Translation - English Was said to Buzurdjmihr: "Are the men of knowledge better or the rich men?", and he replied: “Men of knowledge”; and was said to him: “And, why are the men of knowledge at the doors of the rich more than the rich at the doors of the men of knowledge?; and he replied: “Because the men of knowledge know the value of the wealth, but the rich men ignore the value of knowledge”.

Source text - Arabic تجري حالياً دراسة على نطاق واسع لاختبار العناصر الغذائية الموجودة في الشوكولاته السوداء الداكنة وفي مقدمتها الكاكاو للمساعدة في الحد من النوبات والسكتات القلبية.
وتجري الدراسة على أكثر من 18 ألف رجل وامرأة بالولايات المتحدة الأميركية، لبيان ما إذا كانت تلك الأقراص المضغوطة ستثبت فعالية لصحة القلب.
وتعد الدراسة أول اختبار واسع النطاق لبعض عناصر الكاكاو، التي أثبتت بعض الدراسات السابقة فوائدها في خفض مستوة ضغط الدم والكوليستررول، وكذلك خفض احتياج الجسم من الأنسولين، بالإضافة إلى فوائدها لصحة الشرايين والقلب بشكل عام.
وخلص تحليل للدراسة التي نشرتها الجمعية الطبية الاميركية في دورية "أركايفز أوف انترنال ميديسين" الى أن الاطعمة الغنية بالكاكاو تخفض ضغط الدم بينما قد لا يؤدي احتساء الشاي الخضر أو الاسود لذلك.
ووجد ان الانخفاض في ضغط الدم بين المشاركين الذين تناولوا منتجات غنية بالكاكاو خلال أسبوعين على الاقل كان مساويا للخفض الذي يحققه شخص تناول عقاقير توصف عادة للسيطرة على ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
Translation - Spanish Actualmente, se está llevando a cabo un estudio en un amplio círculo para determinar los elementos nutritivos existentes en el chocolate negro, a cuya cabeza está el cacao, para ayudar a limitar los ataques cardíacos..
El estudio se realiza en más de 18 mil hombres y mujeres en los Estados Unidos de América, para demostrar si estas tabletas comprimidas constatarán su eficacia para la salud del corazón.
El estudio se considera el primer ensayo de amplio alcance sobre algunos de los elementos del cacao, aunque estudios anteriores confirmaron sus beneficios para reducir el nivel de tensión sanguínea y de colesterol, así como la reducción de la necesidad del cuerpo de insulina, además de sus ventajas para la salud arterial y cardiaca de manera general.
El análisis del estudio, que publicó la Asociación Médica Americana en la revista “Archives of Internal Medicine”, dio como resultado que las comidas ricas en cacao reducen la tensión sanguínea, mientras que el consumo de té verde o negro no produce estos resultados.
