What is your priority? Accuracy or Efficiency? If your answer is both, then you came to the right place! The process of translation is not about word for word translation (and any attempt to do so will be mediocre at best), but to be able to transmit the core meaning of something from a language to the other. This cannot be done by machine translation. You need a keen eye for details and the ability to decide which of the many options will be the best for a particular word or sentence in record speed. You will also need someone with a good amount of knowledge of both languages' grammar and vocabulary. Knowing 2 languages alone won't guarantee you a real translator, and many won't know the difference until you see how they work.
