Source text - Lithuanian Atsakomybė už šio įstatymo pažeidimus
1. Poveikio priemonės Finansinių priemonių rinkų įstatymo 94 straipsnyje nustatyta tvarka taikomos už šio įstatymo ar jo pagrindu priimtų teisės aktų ir (arba) 2009 m. rugsėjo 16 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamente (EB) Nr. 1060/2009 dėl kredito reitingų agentūrų (toliau – Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 1060/2009) nustatytų reikalavimų ir (arba) priežiūros institucijos duotų privalomų vykdyti nurodymų nesilaikymą:
1) viešas paskelbimas asmens (tame tarpe ir emitento), nurodant jo pažeidimą;
2) įspėjimas;
3) piniginė bauda.
2. Priežiūros institucija sprendimą dėl poveikio priemonės taikymo gali priimti, jeigu praėjo ne daugiau kaip 2 metai nuo pažeidimo įvykdymo dienos, o esant tęstiniam ar trunkamajam pažeidimui, – nuo paskutinių tęstinio pažeidimo veiksmų atlikimo dienos ar trunkamojo pažeidimo paaiškėjimo dienos.
3. Priežiūros institucija, priimdama sprendimą taikyti vieną ar kelias poveikio priemones, parinkdama konkrečią poveikio priemonę (-es) ir jos (jų) dydį, atsižvelgia į nustatytų pažeidimų sunkumą ir trukmę, asmens, kuriam taikoma poveikio priemonė, kaltę, finansinį pajėgumą, ankstesnius pažeidimus ir jam taikytas poveikio priemones, bendradarbiavimą su priežiūros institucija, dėl pažeidimų gautų pajamų, kitokios turtinės naudos, išvengtų nuostolių ar padarytos žalos dydį, jei jį įmanoma nustatyti, nustatytų pažeidimų bei veiklos trūkumų ir numatomos taikyti poveikio priemonės (-ių) pasekmes finansų rinkos stabilumui ir patikimumui, kitas įstatymuose nustatytas atsakomybę lengvinančias ar sunkinančias ir kitas svarbias aplinkybes.
4. Priežiūros institucija, atsižvelgdama į šio straipsnio 3 dalyje nurodytas aplinkybes ir nesant Finansinių priemonių rinkų įstatymo 94 straipsnyje nustatytų atsakomybę sunkinančių aplinkybių, vadovaudamasi teisingumo ir protingumo kriterijais, gali netaikyti poveikio priemonės (-ių), jeigu tenkinami visi šie reikalavimai:
1) juridinis asmuo įrodo, kad dėjo visas įmanomas pastangas, kad išvengtų pažeidimo;
2) juridinis asmuo nedelsdamas savo noru užkerta kelią neigiamoms pažeidimo pasekmėms;
3) pažeidimas yra mažareikšmis.
5. Kai poveikio priemonė taikoma juridiniam asmeniui, priežiūros institucija turi teisę taikyti poveikio priemones ir juridinį asmenį valdantiems ar kitiems už pažeidimą atsakingiems asmenims.
Translation - English Liability for Infringement of this Law
1. Sanctions imposed in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Article 94 of the Law on Markets in Financial Instruments to persons who have violated the requirements stipulated in this Law or other legal acts adopted on the grounds of this Law and/or Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies ( hereinafter, "Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009") and/or have failed to implement the obligatory instructions given by a supervisory institution shall be as follows:
1) public pronouncement of the person (including the issuer) specifying his infringement;
2) warning;
3) pecuniary penalty.
2. Decision by the supervisory institution on applying sanctions may be passed in the event that not more than two years have passed from the date of commitment of the infringement and, in the case of a continuing or persistent infringement, — from the date the last continuing infringement actions were committed or from the date the supervisory institution became aware of the persistent infringement.
3. When considering a decision of imposing one or more sanctions and selecting specific sanction(s) and the amount thereof, the supervisory institution shall consider the gravity and the duration of the infringements identified, the fault of the person the sanction is applied to, his financial capacity, previous infringements and sanctions imposed, cooperation with the supervisory institution, the amount of income or other pecuniary benefits received due to infringements, damages (losses) avoided, provided it is possible to determine their extent, as well as consequences on the stability and credibility of a financial market of the identified infringements and flaws of the performance of the person's business, as well as of the intended sanction(s) to be imposed. The supervisory institution shall recognise other mitigating or aggravating circumstances, as well as other important circumstances provisioned in legal acts.
4. The supervisory institution shall take into account the circumstances specified in Article 51(3) of this Law and in the absence of aggravating circumstances of responsibility defined in Article 94 of the Law on Markets in Financial Instruments, as well as acting in compliance with the criteria of fairness and reasonableness, shall have the right not impose sanctions provided all the following requirements are satisfied:
1) the legal person proves that it made all reasonable efforts to prevent an infringement;
2) the legal person without delay and voluntarily prevents the detrimental consequences caused by the infringement;
3) the infringement is minor.
5. When a sanction is applied to a legal entity, the supervisory institution shall also have a right to apply sanctions to persons controlling the said legal entity or to other persons responsible for the infringement.

Informuojame, kad vadovaujantis Su tarptautinių dvigubo apmokestinimo išvengimo sutarčių taikymu susijusiomis FR0021 (DAS-1), FR0022 (DAS-2), FR0023 (DAS-3) ir FR0254 (DAS-4) formų pildymo taisyklėmis, patvirtintomis Valstybinės mokesčių inspekcijos prie Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos (toliau - VMI prie FM) viršininko 2001-06-27 įsakymu Nr. 159 (2015-02-04 įsakymo Nr. Source text - English Ergonomic standards in agriculture: improving productivity and the health and safety of workers
Occupational accidents and diseases in agriculture represent an enormous financial burden for public and private actors of the EU: work with machinery is still among the main risks to health and safety. In the last three year, ETUI has investigated the hypothesis that ergonomic standards are not adequately incorporated by agricultural machinery designers. Close cooperation with OHS national experts from organisations like EFFAT, KAN, AGRISS, SVLFG, INAIL, HSE, HSA, IRSTEA, and the French Ministry of Agriculture, has confirmed that hypothesis. The necessity to integrate in agriculture a holistic ergonomic perspective (which means that productivity, quality, safety, health and well-being are studied together) has also been discussed during the drafting of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehcles. Safer and healthier design solutions have been recently identified by means of Feedback studies on agriculture tractors carried out by Dr. Strambi in Italy: they will be published on the ETUI website in the next few months.

Nelaimingi atsitikimai darbo vietoje bei profesinės žemės ūkio (ŽŪ) ligos užkrauna didžiulę finansinę naštą tiek viešajam, tiek privačiajam ES sektoriui: darbas su žemės ūkio technika vis dar yra vienas iš pagrindinių veiksnių, keliančių pavojų darbuotojų sveikatai ir saugai. Per pastaruosius trejus metus Europos profesinių sąjungų institutas (ETUI) tyrė hipotezę, kad žemės ūkio technikos projektuotojai nepakankamai gerai integruoja ergonomikos standartus į gaminamą techniką. Glaudžiai bendradarbiaujant su nacionaliniais darbuotojų sveikatos ir saugos ekspertais iš tokių organizacijų, kaip Europos maisto, žemės ūkio ir turizmo profesinių sąjungų federacija (EFFAT), Vokietijos Profesinės sveikatos ir saugos standartizacijos komisija (KAN), Šveicarijos Saugumo žemės ūkyje tarnyba (AGRISS), Vokietijos Socialinė žemės ūkio, miškininkystės ir sodininkystės apsaugos tarnyba (SVLFG), Italijos Nacionalinis draudimo nuo nelaimingų atsitikimų darbe institutas (INAIL), JK Sveikatos ir saugos tarnyba (HSE), Airijos Sveikatos ir saugos administracija (HSA), Prancūzijos Nacionalinis mokslo ir technologinių tyrimų aplinkosaugoje ir žemės ūkyje institutas (IRSTEA) bei Prancūzijos Žemės ūkio ministerija, ši hipotezė pasitvirtino. Būtinybė žemės ūkyje pritaikyti holistinį požiūrį į ergonomiką (reiškiantį, kad tokie ŽŪ aspektai, kaip našumas, kokybė, sauga, sveikata ir gerovė turėtų būti vertinami kartu) taip pat buvo apsvarstyta ir rengiant Reglamento (ES) Nr. 167/2013 dėl žemės ir miškų ūkio transporto priemonių patvirtinimo ir rinkos priežiūros projektą. Saugesni ir sveikesni projektavimo sprendimai neseniai buvo įvardyti Italijoje atliktame ŽŪ naudojamų traktorių grįžtamojo ryšio tyrime, kuriam vadovavo Dr. Strambi‘s.
