Annual refresher safety and emergency and first aid training is mandatory in order to renew your Cabin Crew licence. In addition, you will be required to attend courses from time to time to further enhance your existing skills.

A network of Learning Resource Centres (LRCs) in various Emirates Group buildings across Dubai provides staff with a well-equipped place to study in peace.
All Emirates Cabin Crew start their careers as grade II, working in the Economy cabin. Subject to your performance and the needs of the airline, you will progress to the First and Business Class cabins, then on to leadership roles on board the aircraft. High performing Cabin Crew have been able to attain the position of Flight Purser within five years.
All vacancies in the Emirates Group are advertised internally first. This gives you the chance to progress your career in other departments.
