A native of Minnesota, I recently returned to the states after 4 years living abroad in Paris, France. While in France I managed my own freelance business teaching E.S.L. to French schoolchildren and also taught E.S.L. courses through the Petite Ecole Bilingue in Boulogne-Billancourt. In tandem I attended the Ecole Supérieur d'Intérprètes et de Traducteurs for 1 year (2010-2011), where I completed Masters-level coursework in general and legal translation.
Having completed my undergraduate coursework in music, I also taught violin at the International School of Paris through the American Conservatory's afterschool music program while maintaining a studio of private adult students.
