Experience

As an specialized Commerce & Marketing
translator, with 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am the right
professional to think of when dealing with documents addressed to regulatory authorities or
your product's documentation for commercialization purposes.

Types of services

I am an English and French to Spanish translator and revisor, I also
edit and check your previous translations, in order to incorporate changes and
updates (especially, PSURs or SmPCs).

I have
translated all types of documentation
for regulatory authorities (dossiers, PI, product inserts, resolutions, certifications), as well as marketing materials (product
information and IFU) and training
materials for sales representatives. I know how to combine creativity and accuracy, that are two of
the main characteristics of texts conceived for marketing cutting-edge
technology medical devices and the most advanced medicines and
health care products.

As part of
my job with pharmaceutical companies, I have also acquired a wide experience
translating commercial
contracts, such as services
agreements and safety
data exchange agreements.

I have also worked as a transcriber and subtitle translator for
marketing videos. I know very well how to adapt your message to multiple linguistic contexts and different platforms.

Other activities

Finally, I have worked a translation professor at Universidad Nacional de
Colombia, one of the most important universities, and I have also had the
opportunity to give some Webinars
about CAT tools for the Colombian Translators Association
(ACTTI). I consider that teaching it is the best way to keep on learning new
things about my job and updating my knowledge.

I am based in Colombia, and live with my family in a very quiet neighborhood. In my free time I like to read about science and watch TED talks and documentaries.
