I am a versatile multi-skilled translator who's been focusing on legal and business translation in the context of a one-year postgraduate course in Specialized English>Italian Translation offered online by ICoN (Italian Culture on the Net) and the Universities of Pisa and Genoa.

After a preliminary phase of linguistic studies, general translation and analysis of press articles regarding marketing, medical, environmental and technological issues, I narrowed down the field of specialization to legal documents (such as contracts, formal judgments, claim forms and complaints) and economic texts (research articles, annual reports, balance sheets, income statements, explanatory notes, arbitral awards). I finally submitted a dissertation upon a decision made by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which unfolds the relations between the Court and Europe as well as between the Court and the national institutions of Member States.

Since 2018, I've been working in the Netherlands as a freelance translator. I'm mainly interested in translation regarding Law and Economics, which are always professionally challenging and extremely gratifying. I keep updating and I've recently completed an EDX online course offered by Harvard University called Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract. Other fields of great interest and passion for me are Philosophy, Perfoming Arts and Cinema.
