Source text - Hungarian Egyre égetőbben sürget az idő a fenntarthatóság és környezettudatosság kialakítására, nemcsak a munkahelyünkön, hanem közvetlen környezetünkben is. Ennek a trendnek a hatására újabbnál újabb ötletek valósulnak meg. [név] designer, a papír eddig ismeretlen alkalmazási területein gondolkodott el, és megjelentek hazánkban az újrahasznosítható bútorok.
A törökbálinti székhelyű [cég neve] célja, olyan egyedi lakberendezési, irodai bútorok és vásárlóhelyi displayek gyártása, amelyek a stílus és elegancia mellett a fenntarthatóságot is szolgálják. A kartonbútor ötlete [név] designertől származik, aki egy olyan alapanyagot keresett, amely a lehető legjobban újrahasznosítható. Közel tízéves kutatói és fejlesztői munkája során sikerült könnyen összeszerelhető és ténylegesen funkcionáló bútorokat és tárgyakat gyártania kartonból. The idea of cardboard furniture originated from [name]’s idea, who was looking for a raw material that is the most recyclable. Almost 10 years into researching and developing he managed to produce furniture out of cardboard that can easily be assembled and are indeed functional. The objects he envisions combine style and environmental awareness. His works are hallmarked by international awards. The furniture could have been viewed at the design exhibitions in Rome in 2005, then in France in 2008.
Nowadays the aim of [name of company] is to offer a full range of solutions for home, office and business equipment in our country.
Armchair, desk and display made of cardboard
Cardboard furniture can be treated exactly like their plastic or wooden counterparts. Their cleaning does not require any special care. The furniture are impregnated on their most vulnerable parts, therefore they are water resistant and their strength is identical to those furnishings that are made of more solid materials. An armchair made of cardboard can hold even about three hundred kilograms. The furniture and displays produced by [company name] are made from cardboard sheets, therefore they can be easily transported, quickly assembled and are printable. It is surprising that while in Western-Europe the price of cardboard furniture is extremely high, in Hungary furniture made of prefabricated cardboard sheets cost half the price of furnishings made of traditional raw materials. Unique design furniture made of cardboard are also significantly remunerable.

Source text - English Migraine is a form of headache which is severe and usually one sided. It is often accompanied by nausea and/or vomiting and sensitivity to light and/or sound. It tends to occur at intervals of days, weeks or many months with episodes commonly lasting between 5 and 72 hours. Migraines most commonly occur in women, usually begin in the teens and can run in families.
Symptoms
There are several distinct stages of migraine although not everyone who experiences migraine will go through all the stages:
• Prodrome stage which includes changes in mood, behavior, appetite (food cravings) and energy levels several hours or even days before an attack.
• Aura stage which usually lasts less than an hour involving visual, auditory (hearing), sensory and physical disturbances.
• Headache, involving a throbbing pain in the head, sensitivity to light and/or noise, nausea and/or vomiting. Symptoms last around 4-72 hours but will eventually go away by themselves.
• Resolution stage whereby the attack usually fades away but some may end suddenly by vomiting.
• There may be a stage of exhaustion, weakness or lethargy.
Causes
The cause of migraine is unclear and most attacks occur for no apparent reason. However some individuals do notice triggers including:
• Foods e.g. caffeine, cheeses, chocolate, red wine.
• Changes in the weather.
• Tiredness.
• Physical exhaustion.
• Stress, anxiety.
• Hormonal changes e.g. before a period.
Treatment
For some people simple painkillers such as paracetamol, aspirin or ibuprofen are sufficient. Some over the counter products contain a painkiller and an anti-sickness drug. These are often more effective than the painkiller alone as migraine is associated with poor absorption from the stomach and the tendency for food and drink to stay in the stomach much longer than usual (prior to being sick). Try to start treatment very quickly at the first symptom of an attack. Effervescent products can be absorbed more quickly.
Prevention
Exclusion diets may help to prevent migraine attacks provoked by certain foods or drinks. Keeping a ‘food diary’ can help identify triggers. Sometimes relaxation and meditation techniques may be helpful, as may some of the complementary therapies such as feverfew in preventing an attack.

Gyakran hányinger, hányás, fényre és/vagy hangokra való érzékenység is kísérheti. Előfordul, hogy a migrén néhány naponta, hetente vagy havonta jelentkezik, egy-egy roham pedig általában 5–72 óráig tart. Leggyakrabban a nők szenvednek tőle, akiknél az öröklődési hajlamnak köszönhetően a rohamok általában már tinédzserkorban feltűnnek.
Tünetek
A migrénnek számos, egymástól jól elkülöníthető szakasza van, de nem minden migréntől szenvedő beteg éli át e szakaszok mindegyikét:
• Prodróma (megelőző tünetes) szakasz: Ennek tünetei a roham előtt néhány órával, de akár napokkal előbb is megjelenhetnek már. Ezek a tünetek hangulat-, viselkedés-, étvágy- (hirtelen ránk törő éhségérzet) és energiaszint-változásokat foglalnak magukban.
• Migrénaurás szakasz: Általában egy óránál rövidebb ideig tartó szakasz, melyet látás-, hallás- és érzészavarok, valamint mozgászavarok kísérnek.
• Fejfájásos szakasz: Ennek tünetei a fej lüktető fájdalma, fény- és zajérzékenység, hányinger és hányás is lehetnek. A tünetek általában 4–72 órán keresztül tartanak, ennyi idő után a fájdalom rendszerint magától megszűnik.
• Felépülés szakasza: Ennek során a migrénes roham magától elmúlik, néha viszont hirtelen, hányás hatására is véget érhet a fájdalom.
• Előfordulhat még az ún. Lábadozásos szakasz is, mely során kimerültség, gyengeség vagy letargia is jelentkezhet.
Okok
A migrén kiváltó okai pontosan nem ismertek; a legtöbb roham minden különösebb ok nélkül történik. Néhány beteg azonban megfigyelt néhány lehetséges kiváltó okot:
• Bizonyos ételek, pl. koffein, sajtok, csokoládé és vörösbor.
• Időjárásbeli változások.
• Fáradtság.
• Testi kimerültség.
• Stressz, szorongás.
• Hormonális változások, pl. menstruáció előtt.
Kezelés
Néhány beteg fájdalmát már az olyan egyszerű fájdalomcsillapítók is enyhíthetik, mint a paracetamol, az aszpirin vagy az ibuprofén. A gyógyszertárban recept nélkül kapható gyógyszerek némelyike fájdalomcsillapítót és hányáscsillapító szert is tartalmaz. Ezen gyógyszerek gyakran sokkal hatásosabbnak bizonyulnak az egyszerű fájdalomcsillapítóknál, mivel a migrén egyik okaként a gyomorban történő nem megfelelő mértékű felszívódás okolható, melynek során az ételek és a folyadékok az átlagosnál hosszabb ideig maradnak a gyomorban (a rosszullét megjelenése előtt). A kezelést érdemes minél hamarabb, lehetőleg már a migrénes roham első tüneteinek megjelenésekor elkezdeni. A pezsgőtabletta-kiszerelésű gyógyszerek sokkal gyorsabban felszívódnak.
Megelőzés
A migrének megelőzése érdekében érdemes az étrendből kizárni azokat az ételeket és italokat, melyek ilyen rohamokat okozhatnak. Egy „ételnapló” vezetésével könnyen beazonosíthatóak a fájdalom kiváltó okai. Néhány esetben a pihenés és a különféle meditációs technikák, valamint az olyan kiegészítő terápiák mint pl. a kerti székfű használata is segíthetnek a rohamok megelőzésében.
