Source text - English Stone Water Products, Inc., was founded in 1975, when the Stone family launched the company to manufacture products for the water/wastewater industry. Over the next 25 years, the company built its reputation on the quality of its products, the support embodied by its service agreements, and its sales people. Besides helping municipalities provide clean drinking water, Stone Water Products served a variety of markets that produced wastewater, including the automotive, chemical processing, microelectronics, mining, power, pharmaceuticals, and pulp paper industries.
Product innovation was not part of the company's business model. Stone Water Products' economies of scale in production and distribution, along with well-established supply chain partnerships, made it possible to copy new products on the market and quickly undercut the competition.
Though the company was publicly owned, the Stone family continued to hold a majority of the stock and controlled the Board of Directors. Richard Stone, son of the founder, served as CEO and chairman. Neither the family nor senior management, many of whom had spent their entire careers at Water Products, advocated for organizational change. In 2000, the company employed the same standard functional organization, with a highly centralized chain of command, that had been put in place at the company's founding.

Translation - English As a great multicultural nation, we should not disregard the challenges lie in its
ongoing development. In other words, national culture should always be the main basis in
achieving the aspired Indonesian humanity, which holds belief in the divinity of God, is just
and civilized, maintain the unity of Indonesia, democratic, and posses a sense of social
justice.
A crucial problem arising recently is that many Indonesians being cut off from their cultural root, which mainly is caused by foreign cultures disrupting the process of passing on of our cultural heritage, whereas cultural identity is something inherited or given. There is no society without culture and no culture without society, which is why every society has its own unique cultural characteristics.
In general, social and environment change also contribute to the lack of cultural basis, especially the lack of traditional ethnic values that serve as life-guiding principles. Therefore, comprehensive effort to preserve and maintain cultural heritage as such is inevitable, which should not only be carried out by the government, but also the general public, education institutions, the business world, culture experts, etc.
Indonesian to English: ORALITY AS THE REPRESENTATION OF MADNESS IN THE POEM HOWL BY ALLEN GINSBERG General field: Art/Literary Detailed field: Poetry & Literature
Translation - English From the beginning of his career as a poet until the last years of his life, Ginsberg frequently performed his poems on stage. Ginsberg had to perform because, firstly, there was an economic demand. He could not live only relying on royalties
from his publisher. Most of his income came from
the performances. Secondly, Ginsberg’s poetry
expresses a classic idea that art should come from
within the body. His poetry is a transfer of energy
through the breath (Dunn, 2007:1). This fact alone
shows the oral nature of his poetry since oral language is closely related to articulation the body.
In addition, according to Kirsch (2001), Ginsberg
tended not to use “academic language” usually
found in poetry. His writing is more like a kind of
speech, which is not specifically addressed only to
“poetry readers,” but also to everyone. Ginsberg
tended to use colloquial language in his poetry,
which he considered as the more “natural” kind of
language.
