I am a trilingual Polish native speaker translating from and into English as well as from Spanish into Polish.

I was born and raised in Poland. After I received my BA degree in English Studies (included translation) I left the country to travel and get to know the world a bit more. I spent a year enjoying freedom in the Canary Islands and then I moved for three years to Manchester, England, where I studied the Psychology of Education. In 2010 I landed in Mexico. Here I received a pre-hospital medicine education and became a voluntary paramedic for the Red Cross.

My medical expertise makes me a very valuable asset if you need a medical translator. I have been particularly helpful translating hospital documents required to claim accident and social insurance. That includes medical histories, discharge reports, study results and many more. One of my favourite projects was a translation of a social welfare guide for the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Affairs of Ireland.

What makes me good at what I do is the simple fact that I love doing it. Being a freelance translator allows me to manage my time and balance it perfectly between work and family tasks. It is very satisfying. It's that joy that gets me up in the morning. I am also detail oriented, I care about linguistic accuracy. I am naturally curious so whenever I come across a term I still don't know I just have to research it until I find the right way of putting it in English, Spanish or Polish.

Whenever you catch me off work you can bet I will be crocheting, having fun with my family and friends or planning another paragliding escapade. Those are a few of my favourite things.
