English to Russian: Manual for chipboard ceilings Detailed field: Construction / Civil Engineering

Agnes One-Step Ceilings are affected by changes in air humidity (Fig. 1). The moisture content on delivery from the factory is 5-8%, which corresponds to an equilibrium relative humidity (RH) of 20-50%. The humidity in the building must be controlled by means of ventilation and heating.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- All rooms for which no requirements are stipulated for moisture-resistant materials (Climate class
1).
- Ventilated utility rooms and bathrooms in dwellings.
- In constructions where the requirement for surface fire classification is D-s2, d0.
TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, HANDLING
Protect against moisture during transportation and storage. Always store indoors in unopened packaging.
ASSEMBLY SUPPORT
The boards are mounted on laths with a minimum thickness of 30 mm at 0.6 m c/c, fixed transversely to roof trusses or beams. Install a vapour barrier between beams and laths (Fig.2). If sizes 600 x 600 mm or 300 x 1200 mm are used, a lath interval of 0.3 m is recommended.
ASSEMBLY
The building must be closed, ventilated and properly dried. The heating must be turned on. In order to achieve an even ending of the pattern against the wall and minimum cutting, a scale drawing of the ceiling should be made. When mounting on top of other materials which have a higher moisture content than chipboard, the insertion of a vapour barrier between the materials should be considered in order to avoid moisture being absorbed by the boards and to prevent them from expanding too much. The boards can be mounted longitudinally or transversely to laths and there must be a minimum clearance of 10 cm between the boards and walls, pillars or other permanent structures. Nail into the groove using hot-dip galvanised square-headed nails with a minimum length of 35 mm or the equivalent at intervals of 0.15 m. Staples can also be used. They must have a straight back, a minimum width of 10 mm and a minimum leg length of 35 mm. NB! The pressure of the staple gun must be adjusted carefully! When fixing with screws, we recommend special screws with a flat head.
Nails/staples/screws must not be countersunk, but should be flush with the surface in the groove (Fig. 3). NB! The boards must not be pressed close together and joints must not be glued.
Ceiling mouldings must not be pressed too tightly against the boards. This can cause the appearance of small wrinkles in the film on account of movements in the structure. Agnes One-Step Ceiling Decorative Mouldings are fixed in the same way as the boards. The use of Decorative Mouldings will displace the c/c distance, so extra support may be needed. Decorative Mouldings must be fixed every 0.6 m.
GOOD ADVICE
When using a hand saw, place the board with the film facing upwards. When using a fine-toothed jigsaw or an electric circular saw, the film must be underneath. Electric ceiling heating in panelled ceilings where Agnes One-Step Ceilings are used is not recommended. Agnes One-Step Ceilings can be washed with all normal non-greasy detergents. If the ceiling is steam-cleaned the temperature applied to the ceiling surface must not be too high. This can be achieved by using a small amount of steam, a doubled cloth and regular nozzle movements.
Agnes One-Step Ceilings can be painted, if necessary. Acrylic paint is recommended.

ТРАНСПОРТИРОВКА, ХРАНЕНИЕ, ОБРАЩЕНИЕ
Защищать от влаги во время транспортировки и хранения. Хранить всегда внутри помещений в цельной упаковке.
ОПОРА КОНСТРУКЦИИ
Плиты устанавливаются на планках минимальной толщины 30 мм на расстоянии 0,6 м c/c, прикреплённых крест накрест к стропильным фермам крыш или брусьям. Установите парозащиту между брусьями и планками (Рис. 2). При использовании размеров 600 x 600 мм или 300 x 1200 мм рекомендуемый интервал между планками составляет 0,3 м.
СБОРКА
Здание должно быть закрыто, провентилировано и как следует высушено. Приборы отопления должны быть включены. Для достижения равномерного прилегания узора к к стене и минимальной обрезки следует изготовить чертёж потолка в масштабе. При установке поверх других материалов, обладающих более высоким уровнем содержания влажности, чем ДСП, следует обдумать возможность установки парозащиты между ними. Так можно избежать впитывания влаги плитами и их чрезмерного расширения. Плиты крепятся вдоль или поперёк по отношению к планкам, минимальный зазор между плитами и стенами (опорами и прочими постоянными элементами) составляет 10 см. Вбивайте гвозди в паз, используя при этом оцинкованные горячим способом гвозди с квадратной головкой и минимальной длины 35 мм, либо подобные им на расстоянии 0,15 м друг от друга. Можно также использовать скобы. Скобы должны иметь прямую спинку, быть минимальной ширины 10 мм, а минимальная длина ножки должна составлять 35 мм. Обратите внимание! Осторожно регулируйте давление инструмента для забивания скоб! При креплении с помощью шурупов рекомендуется использовать специальные шурупы с плоской головкой.
Гвозди/скобы/шурупы не должны быть утоплены в поверхность, а выровнены с поверхностью канавки (Рис. 3). Заметьте! Не сдвигайте плиты в натяг по отношению друг к другу, соединения не проклеивать.
Не прижимайте лепные украшения потолка слишком плотно к плитам. Это может привести к появлению небольших морщин на поверхности плёнки в результате подвижек в структуре. Декоративные украшения для потолка Agnes One-Step Ceiling Decorative Mouldings крепятся таким же образом, как и плиты. Использование декоративных украшений для потолка приведут к смещению расстояния c/c, поэтому может потребоваться дополнительная опора. Декоративные украшения фиксируются с шагом в 0,6 м.
ПОЛЕЗНЫЕ СОВЕТЫ
При распиловке ручной пилой помещайте плиту плёнкой вверх. При использовании электролобзика или электрической циркульной пилы плита должна находиться плёнкой вниз. Не рекомендуется использовать потолочные системы обогрева там, где устанавливается панельное покрытие Agnes One-Step Ceilings. Поверхность панельных покрытий для потолка Agnes One-Step Ceilings можно мыть любым моющим средством, не содержащим жира. При паровой очистке потолка температура пара не должна быть слишком высокой. Для этого можно использовать небольшое количество пара, двойную ткань и постоянные движения парового сопла по поверхности.
Потолочные панели Agnes One-Step Ceilings при необходимости можно красить. Рекомендуется пользоваться акриловыми красками.
