I have a Ph.D. in Food Engineering (Lunds Tekniska Högskola - Lund University, Sweden), a M.Sc. in Food Science and Biotechnology (Lund University, Sweden), and a M.Sc. in Network and Information Technology Systems and Security (Alcalá University, Spain).
On top of that, I have a large international experience in translating and publishing different sort of technical and educational documents (e.g., articles, papers, reports, conference proceedings, books, etc.) under international publishing rules.
