Source text - English Political justice can have other meanings and other consequences in India for example, we adopt a form of reservation of seats for the schedule caste and the schedule tribes to ensure that some discrete and insular minorities find political representation through reservation system. Political justice could have further meaning and extensions in our contemporary moment but for the moment we might understand this multi-dimensional form of justice that is captured in our preamble social economic and political. Right in the first page of the Constitution, the Preamble confirms that India adopts a liberal political model where individuals have freedoms of thought, expression and belief. The Constitution makes a clear departure from those pre-existing social and legal and political arrangements and confirms that all of us are happy quality of states.
