Requirements: - near Native-level or professional Japanese proficiency and native Chinese proficiency - A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education - At least 2 years of professional patent translation experience - Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines - Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with CAT tools - Proofreading experience - linguistic certificate in Japanese IMPORTANT NOTE: Applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a Translation test, a MTPE test and/or a Proofreading test respectively, and will not be paid.
