Dear Sir, Madam
Just a quick word of thanks re: your article as above.
Now and then I get requests for Translation of documents from Portuguese into English from both Brazilians and Portuguese Europeans.
Even though I could translate these certificates/documents and would like to help these who make requests, something told me that there are risks involved in doing this kind of translation and, politely, I have always refused to do them. Instead I refer them back to their respective Consulates or back to proz.com and find a specialist certificate translator preferably of their origin.
Sincerely,
