I wipe the keyboard and the monitor regularly with specialized cleaning products recommended by my IT tech. I turn my keyboard upside down every morning and my cleaning lady applies the vacuum cleaner treatment once a week with a moderate suction power. The main thing I do every morning after a quick shower, breakfast and looking at my email is make sure my office is clean, that my desk has no clutter and all papers are filed or binned. Well, wet wipes are universal, although there are specialized wet wipes with more or less alcohol in them for certain purposes. And if you have PC keyboard like mine, which you can't open, than there is a compressed gas in can and with spraying the stuff under the keys comes out.
