English and French. I must add that because I lived abroad most part of my adult life, I rarely watch Portuguese TV shows, but for the news…

Usually when I'm not working, I prefer my leisure viewing in my native English. However, I sometimes watch things in other languages as well. I'd be hard pressed to name a "favourite" show, as I can't think of any that stand out above the rest. | | | Tom in London United Kingdom Local time: 19:38 Member (2008) Italian to English

For the same reason I can't watch BBC shows in Italy, most annoying!
I presume I would have to pay for a VPN, considering the small amount of TV I watch it wouldn't be worth the expense | | | Tom in London United Kingdom Local time: 19:38 Member (2008) Italian to English US $47.76 a year | Jan 22, 2023 |

I don't watch TV a lot. Netflix offers more than enough for me. I had seen a particular RAI production years ago (La Piovra). Recently I wanted to see it again, yet I came to see that they blocked streaming for viewers outside the country. | | | jyuan_us United States Local time: 14:38 Member (2005) English to Chinese + ... Just found this: http://www.freeintertv.com, where you can view more than 1300 TV channels for free. Is this legit? How would they maintain operations if it is totally free? | | | Baran Keki Türkiye Local time: 22:38 Member English to Turkish How about your country? | Jan 23, 2023 |

You have to pay for a TV license even to watch streaming services in the UK, right? And it costs, annually, about 3 or 4 times what you pay for your VPN. How sick is that? | | | English, obvs | Jan 23, 2023 |
Every night last week I thanked the Lord that I didn't need a VPN to watch Love Island. | |
