I just signed up for this webinar and in the confirmation e mail I have been sent it says it is at 19:30, here:
Thu, Feb 19, 2015 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM GMT

It is probably a mistake as I see here it should be at 19:00?

In your timezone, the course will begin at 19:00 CET (GMT+1).

The training notifications are sent in GMT, which is why the email you received says that the course will begin at 18:00 GMT.
