Payment by "redeeming credit" Oct 18, 2013

When I submit payment, I had this error message popped up:
"You must provide a valid email for registration with GoToWebinar.
You must provide a valid first name for registration with GoToWebinar.
You must provide a valid last name for registration with GoToWebinar."

How can I solve the problem?

Thank you for your interest in the session. I see you have a "registered and paid" status at the training page. 72 hours before the webinar you will be emailed a link to be used to join the session.

Cannot redeem Credit Nov 14, 2013

Hi I have plenty of credit (enough for 4 courses) however I cannot redeem my credit for this course. I am registered for it. The course is only a few hours away. I have sent a support question yesterday but I did not get an answer apart from "someone will get back to you". Reading other comments it seems that the Proz course booking system is not reliable and is costing everyone a lot of lost time. Can someone redeem the credit I have paid for on this course... after that why not fix your book... See more
