Jak se stanovuje (jak stanovuje EU) cenu, za kterou prekladatel preklada?

Nevím jak jiné instituce EU, ale Evropská komise cenu nestanovuje. Cena je součástí nabídky externího dodavatele (jednotlivce či agentury), když se hlásí do tendru. Je to jedno z mnoha kritérií, které se v rámci tendru posuzují.
