Hi, do I have to own Déja Vu?

Do I need an upgrade to have this option work? My newly purchased DVX2 rejects starting import/export. I need this option for managing TBs between DVX2 and Multiterm.
Which are the most effective methods of contacting assistance staff online?

for following the webinar you do not need to own a Déjà Vu license.

feel free to send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will look into this. Also you could download the Déjà Vu X2 user guide on our website (on the bottom of the product sections) where import of Multiterm TB's is explained step by step.

Hi Alejandro. You do not need to have Deja Vu installed, nor be an experienced user to benefit from this free webinar. The webinar will give users new to Atril's products an overview of the Deja Vu X2 product. Users familiar with Deja Vu X2 can still attend and likely learn a few new tricks or tools and will of course have an opportunity to ask questions (via chat).
