The manager at the Hutongren Culture Hotel just suggested to me that since the weather is getting hotter each day, it is in our interest to use one of their other tea houses. Current location is not very well ventilated, while the new venue provides cooler and fresher air and is located just 15-minute walk away north from current location. There are no changes for decor, expenses and services. I apologize for the last-minute venue change, but it's their kind advice. ;-)

“胡同人”的经理刚才向我建议，由于天气渐热，原来的地点通风较差，因此希望我们能改用他们的另一间茶楼，新地点的空气较凉爽，空气也较好，距离现地点向北步行仅15分钟路程。环境、费用、服务均无变化。在聚会前更改地点实在不好意思，但这是他们的善意建议。;-)

With the help of one of my friends in Beijing, the tea house is reserved! I'll be there at 1 PM, doing some pre-powwow preparations and waiting for you all! If you have not confirmed attendance, please do so in the final week as it'll help me a lot. ;-)

The Powwow time is scheduled at 13:00 - 15:00, but it's only a suggested time. Since this is an informal meet-up, everyone may choose their own convenient arrival time during the meet-up time (i.e. I will be there waiting for you as early as 13:00). Previous Powwows showed that some attendees may arrive early but it took about an hour for all attendees to arrive. Of course you may also stay longer if you like.

聚会时间定在下午一点至三点，但这只是一个建议时间。因为是非正式聚会，大家根据自己的情况选择在此期间到达即可（即最早下午一点我会到达聚会地点等候大家）。根据以往聚会经验，有些会员可能提前到达，全部与会者到齐需要延迟一个小时左右。有些同仁愿意多聚一聚，当然也没问题。
