Who Are Regular Users?
- Individual users who need interpretation services
- Not interpreters or organizations
- May include healthcare providers, legal professionals, or individuals
- Use the same registration page as interpreters at /register/interpreter

Registering as a Regular User
- Go to /register/interpreter (same page used by interpreters)
- Enter your email address (any email, ProZ email not required)
- Create a password and verify your email
- After verification, you can log in at /login/user

Logging In
- Use /login/user for regular user login
- Enter your email/username and password
- After login, redirected to /user/dashboard
- Same dashboard interface as interpreters and other individual accounts

Dashboard Overview
- Access dashboard at /user/dashboard
- On-Demand available for finding interpreters
- Can make immediate calls or schedule calls
- View call history and manage payment methods

Setting Up Payment
- Go to Settings and add your payment method
- Add credit card via Stripe integration
- Payment method must be verified before making calls
- Required for both immediate and scheduled calls
