Spezialisiert ist HOERNECKE auf die Herstellung von Aerosolen unterschiedlichster Art. Dazu gehört vor allem die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Sprühschutzstoffen und nicht letalen Reizstoffsprühgeräten, in welchen qualitativ hochwertige und umweltfreundliche Wirkmittel zum Einsatz kommen.
Bei der Herstellung unserer Produkte verpflichten wir uns, gesetzliche, behördliche und kundenspezifische Anforderungen einzuhalten. Für die Beherrschung der qualitätsbeeinflussenden Faktoren trägt entscheidend das Qualitätsmanagement System ISO 9001 bei, nach dem wir seit 2002 arbeiten. Seit 2014 sind wir außerdem nach dem Umweltmanagement System ISO 14001 zertifiziert. Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktion werden festgeschrieben, regelmäßig auf Wirksamkeit überprüft und auf Möglichkeiten zur ständigen Verbesserung untersucht. Auch die resultierenden Umweltaspekte werden bewertet und Maßnahmen getroffen, die unsere Umweltleistung immer weiter verbessern.
Translation - German With over 100 years of experience in pharmaceutical and chemical production, we are a competent and reliable partner. HOERNECKE specializes in the production of aerosols of various types. This particularly includes the development and manufacture of spray substances for defense and non-lethal irritant sprayers using high-quality and environmentally friendly agents.
In our manufacturing process, we pledge to comply with legal, official and customer-specific requirements. Since 2002, we have been working in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, which has been a key factor in mastering all quality-influencing factors. Since 2014, we have also been certified according to the ISO 14001 environmental management system. Our production planning, control and monitoring are documented and regularly examined for their effectiveness and options of continuous improvement. We also assess environmental aspects and take measures to optimize our environmental performance.
