Translation - English The goal of this course is to study how North Korea’s politics and economy
came about and how it has changed over the past 70 years. The course is
divided into 5 sections. The first section examines how North Korea’s politics and economy came to be through the struggles between communist activists before liberation and religious divides after liberation. The second section considers North Korean leader Kim Il-Sung and the Juche (“self-reliance”) ideology that became popular during his rule. After shining a light on the Juche point of view, the third section examines the height of North Korea’s economy as a ‘Juche economy.’ The fourth section explains North Korea’s politics and economy after Kim Il-Sung’s death; namely ‘military-first politics’ under Kim Jong-Il, the ‘March of Suffering’ (1995-1999) following the collapse of the planned economy, that killed hundreds of thousands of people and led to the growth of the underground economy, the ‘change from the bottom up’ that began

Source text - French All-OHL second line shines
When the line combinations were announced, I was absolutely soaring at the sheer thought of Team White’s second line of Liam Greentree (Windsor) and Beckett Sennecke (Oshawa) with Jett Luchanko (Guelph) playing down the middle. Confirmation bias, familiarity bias, call it what you want, but I believe that this single line was the most impactful. Netting Team White’s lone goal and generating high-danger chances with their collective passing skills, their synergy was a testament to their individual talents and wise typecasting from coach Jim Hulton (Charlottetown). I have no plans to track any Top Prospects Game data—primarily because, hypocritically, I don’t invest in a single exhibition game of arbitrary rosters as a holy-grail sample—but I’d expect this line to come out on top in expected goals.
When I first viewed Greentree in the GTHL, he was being utilized as both a forward and a defender and I most often saw him play the blue line. Although he has graduated to the OHL as a full-time forward (which continues to trip me up whenever I watch Spitfires games), his defensive training shows in his skating techniques and puck protection, contributing to his unique skillset. He is ultimately better suited to forward, possessing a diverse offensive toolbox that works best deep in the zone.
Revisiting Sennecke this season in the OHL, he reintroduced himself by breaking my expected assists model, raising the 99th percentile head and shoulders above his peers. I’d label him as ‘pass-first,’ but that implies that shooting is an option. In my 9 minutes of his ice time tracked so far this season, he’s yet to record any shot attempt—no shots on net, no blocked shots, no whiffs. Of course, he has shot on net this season—118 shots on net registered by the OHL, 15 goals, not bad at all—but his exceptional passing ability is what stands out when you take the time to quantify it. When the Gens are clicking, Sennecke can clock in at as high as two shot assists generated per minute.
Luchanko’s game, on the other hand, is more well-rounded, a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to shots and assists in the slot. Breaking out in his sophomore season, he looks much more like the dominant, creative player I remember from the London Jr. Knights. That creativity and propensity for net-front chaos lands him at centre for the most like-minded line featured in the game. There was never a dull moment with these three on the ice in the offensive zone, with enough give-and-gos to make your head spin.
